Initial commit: DreamTail MCP client

🎨 MCP integration for DreamTail (SDXL on Jetson Orin)
- dreamtail_generate: Create images with prompts
- dreamtail_get_info: Get last generated image path
- Inline display support for Claude Desktop
- Configurable JPEG quality and download directory
